Got my 6870 yesterday and after removing my old 4870 and putting 6870 in I installed the drivers and stuff that come on the disc with it. Catalyst however said that it doesn't recognize my graphics card model and CPU-Z doesn't either. I can also only get 1400x1050 resolution and can't play any games.
Have my VGA cable plugged into my GPU so pretty sure it is functioning. Thought it might be the on board graphics card but not too sure?? any ideas?
