Does anything need to be changed?

Windows and peripherals are accounted for, just need the actual PC itself.
You're going to need a better cooler for overclocking, but other than that it looks really good.
I don't intend to overclock actually, haha. Which why I was actually considering going with the stock cooler. What do you think? I mean I threw it in only because I saw it was $15.
If you aren't overclocking remove the 4690K and just get the stock 4690. Should be a lower price.
actually since i'm going to be ordering 99% of it from Newegg for the free shipping (outside of the case and hdd at outlet pc - anyone have any experience?) the K happens to be on sale for cheaper.
If you're not planning to do any overclocking now, nor in the future, I'd change the processor into an i5 4440, and the motherboard into this:

It'll save you ~70 dollars, and the performance loss will be so tiny it's simply not worth even thinking about.
Alternatively, if you want the most amount of gaming performance your money can get you;

I figured 2TB was overkill since I'm only using half of my 1TB atm, and that's including my windows installation, so I dropped it to 1TB and picked a slightly cheaper Cooler Master case on Newegg. Final build of the here and now:

Let me know if I'm missing anything, will be ordering it later tonight most likely.

The only thing is that the other MOBO is out of stock on Newegg and I really don't think I need a 980 gtx if I could save 200 dollars by not getting one. However I will go for the cheaper i5 for sure.
