Cheapest way to convert composite to digital for use with a TFT ?

Hello guys.
Today I found my old SNES. Now I was thinking about hooking it up to my TFT.
So, what's the cheapest way to convert composite to digital for use with a TFT ?
My GPU only got TV-Out, so I can't use that and I haven't got a TV-card either.
I got a little DVB-T receiver usb-stick though, it accepts antenna cables. Doesn't seem to work with the SNES or GC though because DVB-T is digital while the consoles are analog. :(
Your two options are really:
1: Use a TV
2: Buy a capture card (probably the easiest)
if you go the capture card route, cheapest option would be something like this : http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&sku=681397&Q=&is=REG&A=details#specifications
Or, if your screen has a VGA input, there are converters which would let you connect the SNES straight to the screen, I found a bunch on google for a few pounds.
Thanks guys!
I guess I will try to find a cheap capture card.
