Hey guys, the time has finally come. Glass Explorers are finally being invited to order their Glass device. Developer documentation is also now available, along with a sandbox to test your creations: https://developers.google.com/glass/playground Anybody else who ordered at IO? What's the first thing I should do when I put my Glass on for the first time? What Glassware are you going to write, or maybe you have an idea? The fun starts here... :v: PS, if you did order, please repeat after me:
You went to the Foundry event, then?
nope
I want one.
I'm interested in this. Waiting for reviews.
Change of plan. Decided I can't wait. Moved my pickup date as early as possible to next Thursday in NYC. Booking flights now. :v:
There any info on how much it will cost for consumers? I'm quite interested in it but I have a feeling that it will end up being nowhere near any price I could afford.

Any more expensive and nobody would buy it. But once it does catch on, it's going to spread like wildfire, even faster than smartphones did after the iPhone.

they didn't accept my #ifihadglass application :/
I probably not gonna get any in the near future even though they look neat. I don't see why I need them. Probably a bunch of people find them functional to use daily or something.

hexxeh when you get yours can you PLEASE try to record the little screen while you tell your glass commands? i assume the thing still works when it isn't on your head
Lucky bastard haha, Jeese, I looked on the sight and it's pretty sick how simple it is, and the sunglass attachment is pretty neat to. God i need money.
hexxeh when you get yours can you PLEASE try to record the little screen while you tell your glass commands? i assume the thing still works when it isn't on your head
it's really hard to film it the official video they posted a month back is exactly how it looks (just after effected in)
I'll figure out some way to show you guys.
Sounds like something I wouldn't mind using a little bit of my savings on if it really is ~$200 or $300. Wonder if they'd let me wear it at my high school what with all the dumb privacy stuff they have to go by.

Besides, it's high school, it would probably get stolen/broken within a week.
Confirmed picking up next Thursday, flights booked. Damn 8 hour flights.

God damn, I wish I had money to burn to get a Glass and plane tickets to go pick one up in person. I'm really excited for this kind of technology. I just can't wait to try one out.
I remembering hearing that but googling it didn't get me anywhere [editline]16th April 2013[/editline] ye olde merge hath been broken

The future is now!
I'd love to try these. Don't know how I'd go with the fact that I wear prescription glasses already (not too fond of contacts either).
I want a pair god damn.
The camera quality on these is surprisingly good
I'm more curious about Google Glass on people with actual glasses.
