Looks like they've turned it into a CoD clone. I've lost most of the interest I had in this.
Well, that looked boring.
My God this looks terrible.
It disturbs me that they chose not to use the cover system from CoJ in this. What.
*Shoots lock off* 20 seconds later... "Shoot that lock off!"
That trailer was incredibly boring, Stopped paying attention half way through and got lost in my own thoughts.
I'm probably the only one here that looks forward to this, which is a bit sad considering I was thinking of playing co-op with one or two from FP, seeing as none of my friends can get it.
Looks like they've turned it into a CoD clone. Oh, yeah, a good story. And more.
CoD meets GTA Call of Juty: Modern Western
im not sure how i feel about this. i loved the second game and i can't tell if this is gonna be a shitty generic shooter or not
looks pretty shite and not fun to play at all
What the fuck does any of this have to do with the old west?
Well, I like the looks of it. I'll play it and enjoy it. :colbert:
I really liked Bound in Blood, and I was kind of exited for this. Even thought they ditched the western setting. But this is just another generic FPS with assault rifles, seriously the market is over flooding with those. This looks like modern wild west warfare.
Fuck this shit... I'm sad...
Another cool game series going down the hill.
I thought it was still a western, watched the video and went what the fuck
Game looks bad
I fucking hate it on how most games nowadays are giving you the entire badass routine in which you don't have to aspire to become something, you just do something pre-set that's of epic proportions and "Wow you are the best!!!!" bullshit, I would like a game where I can get fucked up (metaphorically.) in which if I do something wrong i'll die, not somehow take 27 bullets in my face and come out without a scratch, there's no progress to becoming a badass in your own terms anymore, you're just given this bullshit and are told to "deal with it." instead of becoming a badass through experience, recognition and power.
Shoot everything until your NPC accomplice opens the door to the next room Move to the next room Repeat Occasionally the door will open in ~slow motion~
Wow, I love the red screen with blood all over it after you get shot a dozen times, it's like you're actually there, how exciting.
They could've done so much more with this, a modern wild west could've been a lot of fun. Instead they ended up with this. I really hope this is a very early build and no were near the actual quality of the game, otherwise :frown: ...
Wow, I love the red screen with blood all over it after you get shot a dozen times, it's like you're actually there, how exciting.
BLOODY SCREEN SO REAL:eng101:
How did that reloading animation at 4:30 get passed? No bullets come out and no bullets go in. The barrel just stays empty the whole time. Oh well. I'm still getting this because Call of Juarez and Bound in Blood remain some of my favorite FPS games and I have some faith in these guys that the game will be fun.

You're never given the lead and most objectives consist of "follow x". There's no progress at all and your character usually ends up dead. Which is it, too badass or not badass enough?
If anything it looks like a linear first person GTA. [editline]7th July 2011[/editline] But one of those meh first person shooters that I'm not getting.
gameplay looks like cod, so ill probably enjoy it much like other cod clones (cept for homefront, that game sucks ass)
Fuck all you optimists, I said "This will be awful!" when they announced it and I am right hahahaha I am a hero!
It seems that games all of a sudden want to be in the modern age. This is a perfect example of a game that shouldn't have done this.
lol i only ever heard of this game because of laddergoat..
