Yesterday, upon turning on my computer my case lights turned on as well as my cooling fans but the CPU radiator fan did not and no video was outputted, then it just sat in that state until I turned it off manually. After trying to turn it on again, it proceeded to act the same but instead turned itself off and then turned on normally again. I haven't had the time to look into what might be causing this, so any help is appreciated.
My Specs:
Windows 10 Professional
Intel i7 4790K @ 4.0 GHz
16 GB G.Skill Ripjaws Ram
Nvidia GeForce GTX 970
Gigabyte Z97x Mother board
Does it beep in any way when booting?
PSU?
assuming you built it, the motherboard's not in contact with the case anywhere it shouldn't, right? check for dust

The motherboard isn't touching the case anywhere & I blew out the little bit of dist in the case but nothing changed.

Nope, the only sounds are the fans.
Honestly sounds like it's either the PSU or the Motherboard fried (which sounds unlikely)..
Do you have an extra PSU lying around? Also what model is your current one?
If it's a cheap-ass non-80-plus-anything rated power supply, it might be that.
