Bad fps for AC on a 5750?

Well, these are my specs

AMD PHENOM II X3 710 2.6 ghz triple core.
2gig RAM
5750 HD RADEON

I am getting about 22-31 FPS in populated places, but in the tutorial of the game I was getting descent 50+FPS.

Is my ram or CPU bottlenecking ? Or is the 5750 a bad card.

There are some problems because of ATI drivers.

Even 5850/5870 cards can't run smoother this game than usual.

Should I OC my CPU to 3.0 ghz from 2.6?

I can OC CPUS pretty well, but I did not see a point to until now.

I just ocd my processor to 2.8 stable without upping the voltage and the fps went up by 10, and thanks for helping me much thanks. :D

I just unlocked my 4th core and it kept on crashing, but AC ran like a beast! Damn I really want a quad core now = / .

It was like those 5 secs of happiness :D.
