I've pretty much used the same avatar I'm using now for the last 5 or so years, everywhere I go. I think I might have briefly used a different one on here for a week or two, but that one is lost to time.
I identify people based on their avatars first, usernames second and because of that I prefer to stick with this one. For better or worse, it might help people recognise me.

I don't really have a "collection", but if you want to get an idea of what my old avatars were then you can just browse my profile comments since people seem to notice whenever I change it

Now-a-days, I just roll with variations of my own logo I designed. I used to have a ton of avatars, but after losing several different HDD's over the years, I've lost most of them, which is alright seeing as until I designed my logo a few years ago, I just went with whatever interested me at the time. (I.E. Quake 4, MythBusters, Slayer, etc.)

Bonus: Here's my avatar I made for my DnD group. My character was a psychopathic monk.
