SimCity-esque game? - General

I remember there was a new SimCity-esque game just recently released. I am sure it wasn't [url=http://www.opencity.info/]OpenCity[/url] and I'm fairly certain it wasn't Cities XL because I remember the view being isometric. I can't help but feel it was made by some indie company or something. Looked very nice.

City Life?

It was isometric like Sim City, but the graphics were more realistic and 3D. It's freeware or indie, I think.

If it was isometric but model based? Sorry to keep asking questions but it's actually 3d not just sprites of models right? also when did you play it, would narrow it down by release date.

I'm pretty sure it was sprites, but it was very professional looking. It was probably 2009, early 2010. I never played it, unfortunately. Just saw screenshots. There was a thread here on Facepunch. How about Sim City 4? IF I recall it's sprites of models or something like that, and it's not quite isometric but it is fixed perspective. I think it was the last one before Sim City went real 3D with Sim City Societies. Yeah they did something funky, I used to use the lot editor and it really screwed the x and y coordinates on the lot layouts, the buildings would move slightly depending on which direction you were looking in.
