Outlook.com SSL error?

I am getting the following when trying to log in to outlook.com (no green padlock, broken image)

It does this in both Firefox and chrome.

Am I being paranoid or should logging in be fine (I've tried it on another computer of mine and the image loads fine and the padlock turns green)

Same thing is happening on IE

I've already scanned my PC for viruses, but the same keeps happening.

Any ideas? My laptop [I]does[/I] properly show the webpage with certificate.

Go to Internet Properties, then Content. See if clearing SSL helps.
