I posted a picture on 4chan and I want to see the replies. How do I find it?
By looking somewhere on page 10.
Well, you could download the 4chan add-on for Firefox and mark your threads, so you can see them whenever you want. (It's the 4 4chan logo next to the thread-starter's name) Click it, and it'll turn green, and you should see it in a bar in the upper left hand corner of the page called "Watched Threads"

Well you can't really. I'm assuming you're posting on /b/ (random) so when you post just quickly make sure to scroll through and find your thread or post when the boards are loading fast.
Or download the 4chan plugin mentioned above.

Next time you post something on 4chan put noko in the email field and it will bring you to your post when you hit submit. Now you don't have to hunt around for your thread/post.
Just ask the nice people in /b/.
