If some of you wants to make a quick profit here's the solution. Valve introduced like a 2 week's ago Steam Trading Card Beta. http://steamcommunity.com/tradingcards/ http://steamcommunity.com/tradingcards/faq In order to get those game-cards you need to be in Steam Trading Card Beta. Otherwise you won't get cards. In short. Having all set of cards will allow you to "craft" those cards and you'll have a chance to get Discount Coupon , Emoticons or even Background for your Steam Profile.
The following games are currently part of the Steam Trading Cards Beta. Borderlands 2 CS:GO Don't Starve Dota 2 Half-Life 2 Portal 2 Team Fortress 2
Here's the thing. Specific games has those "Game Cards" and people on Steam Market buys them. To get those "Game Cards" you have to spend few hours in game. I did it and people bought my cards within' 1 minute. People REALLY buys it! P.S| Remember the amount of Game Cards are limited to account. Ex: you can drop MAX 3 (from 6) Game cards from BL2
afking in cs:go then
afking in cs:go then
As long as you have that Steam Trading Card Beta, yes. You can idle for game-cards. If you don't have it. Don't Idle. You'll waste your time.
btw you can just idle using -textmode -novid -nosound -nopreload -noipx -nojoy in launch options I did that for portal 2 and tf2 and i got enough money to buy cs go

This is kinda like saying you can sell items in TF2.
This is kinda like saying you can sell items in TF2.
you can though http://steamcommunity.com/market/search?q=appid%3A440
I know, I was stating that this was an obvious method :v:
Well that was some easy money. Now we just need Garry to set up some Gmod cards so that I can make another 2.50. That or those would be cards I might actually use.
Bought a CS:GO background, because why not. [t]http://puu.sh/34WBE.jpg[/t]
This is kinda like saying you can sell items in TF2.
Yeah this is pretty obvious
Meh, you can only sell the common cards for like $1 at max and like 30-40c for TF2 cards.
I did this right when the beta started and made about a fiver lol
I try to sell an item but the window never opens. This isn't working
btw you can just idle using -textmode -novid -nosound -nopreload -noipx -nojoy in launch options I did that for portal 2 and tf2 and i got enough money to buy cs go
Wait, THAT's idling?! Just having the game opened, and not being on a server??
You can do it for any game with card drops.
You can do it for any game with card drops.
Damn, i always thought you'd have to be on a server, preferably an idle-server.
Damn, i always thought you'd have to be on a server, preferably an idle-server.
You have to be for items in tf2.
You have to be for items in tf2.
Ah, alright. Now i get it, once again!
Could anyone send an invite my way? Sounds like easy money.
Could anyone send an invite my way? Sounds like easy money.
Add me on Steam my Scandinavian brother: raond11
Okay so let me get this perfectly straight. All you have to do is have the game opened on the main menu, not actually in game, and I'll still get the cards?
I try to sell an item but the window never opens. This isn't working
Use a browser other than Steam. I can't do it either.
Use a browser other than Steam. I can't do it either.
You just have to maximize the steam window, it worked for me, at least.
