Well, games always try too make me feel guilty, always killing characters, plot twists, and that, but only one game has ever driven me to insanity/guilt/Almost manly tears. Fucking Bioshock. [sp] - Jack's History, not really sad, but made me feel.... Ugh. The Proving Grounds, where you must defend the Little Sister, after a turret killed her, and tenebaum started bitching, I felt genuinely guilty. Ten seconds later, the Ending where I loved them and made a family made me squee.[/sp] Has anyone else had these rare moments? Be honest.
No. But I get erections from time to time.
No. But then again i have yet to play bioshock. The only game in which I have cared for a character was in metro 2033. But even then I didnt cry. Oh and Eli.
[sp]When I had to kill Shepherd[/sp]
I was really upset during the assault on the Collector Base in Mass Effect 2 when [sp]Mordin died[/sp] [editline]06:18PM[/editline] I think you can get through it without anyone dying but I don't know how
Metal Gear Solid (all 4 of them, you can maybe include the Metal Gear series too since they connect, and also Portable Ops as well) and maybe Heavy Rain a bit, also maybe Mass Effect 1 & 2 too. ^although that doesn't have to happen. Metal Gear Solid, the first and the third one.
Metal Gear Solid 4 did, kinda. And CoD4 came close with its ending.
Metal gear solid 3, When you had to kill the Boss.

Heavy Rain, Dreamfall and Fahrenheit.
Heavy Rain, A bit of Fahrenheit, and ending of MW2. I actually didn't give a fuck when Eli died in Ep. 2
Metal Gear Solid 4, near the ending in that field of flowers with that certain someone.
Not really. Or none that I can think of. :v:
only nerds cry over video games i guarantee that you'll be hard pressed to find a normal person who's actually wept over a bunch of pixels
movies make people cry, music can make people cry, video games tell a story, just like movies or music can, then again someone as unnerd like as yourself, (who still posts on this forum one that is centered around gaming) has no time for things such as emotions, since it gets in the way of you popping your collar, am I rite?
The only time I remember feeling guilty was when I killed the Tentacles in HL1. For some reason, they reminded me of the chickens (my mum used to own chickens), because of the beaks, and I felt a strange sense of remorse, despite the Tentacles being nasty monsters. Only other times I feel that kinda guilt is whenever a cat dies in a video game (Deus Ex, Beyond Divinity, etc), except when it's a Khajiit in Oblivion, but they're just tiger-people, so I doesn't feel as bad when I kill them. It helps that they don't yowl or meow with a gurgle as they die... (i'm uneasy with seeing a cat come to harm)
when Garza died in Killzone2. i didnt cry but it just made me feel kind of sad. oh and Gaz from Cod4
