It's because people on Twitter have been breaking Super Injunctions.
very mis-leading title! The football player is not sue-ing them. Fix the title.
The reason the BBC haven't mentioned who is suing is simply because they [i]can't[/i]. These "super injunctions" stops them talking about it directly.
It's an immensely stupid grey area that should hopefully soon be squashed.
