When I look in Speccy it says crossfires disabled, But when I go into catalyst control center to enable it, it already shows it as enabled. Is this just speccy showing it wrong or is something not working on the laptop?
I bought it used off a friend ( Only paid $600) and he did a complete restore. I'm thinking that some drivers might be missing or something.

IIRC Speccy has an inherent problem with Crossfire, always saying it's disabled when it's not.
Speccy is being a fag, don't mind.
Turn it crossfire off, check FPS, turn it on and check if it has increased. If not, you have problems.
