Fast threads, I need your help finding a (possibly horror) movie.

Back when I was 12 or so they used to show porn at night on a cable channel called RenTV. A lot of Russian users know what I'm talking about, but anyway, I digress. One night I was expecting to tune in to some quality porn but apparently did it too late and tuned onto some horror movie. I think it was either a low budget '90s movie or something from the '80s, either way, it didn't look impressive.

What I remember from it is just a couple of charcaters and scenes. The main character (or at least for the part that I had seen) was a brown-haired guy, possibly in a blue shirt. Another character was a dirty blonde woman, I think she was his friend. From what I remember, the guy had a female neighbor, and then I remember him stuffing her transformed body (she had transformed into a bluie-ish pig-like creature) into a garbage bag and hitting it to dismember it. After dismembering the body, the dude would turn around and you would see a hand with red fingernails stuck to his back, to signify that the monster is still alive. I also remember a scene minutes later into the movie, the dude was panicking and had locked himself in a bathroom. He looked at a medicine cabinet with a mirror infront of it and hit it with a chair to reveal an outstretching black void. I think either crawled or disappeared into the void. His friend called the cops the next day.

Pls help, this is all I can remember and I'm not even sure how to put it all into Google.

I think he wore a shirt, not a jumper, with slightly darker hair. I imagine this is pretty close, but after all, I've seen that movie quite some time ago so I cannot be completely sure. Where is that from anyway?

The movie I got that from is called "House". It was made in 1986 with a sequel released the next year.
