• microATX Computer Build Help

Hello all! I recently decided on building a microATX PC after my long search for a suitable laptop failed me miserably. I was thinking of getting something that has a bit of power and can play games, though definitely nothing too fancy or on high settings. The problem is I cannot wrap my head around sizes and dimensions and I don't have the means to go around and check if everything fits in or not (I am going to order most of these parts online anyway). Another problem I have is since I live in Turkey, I can't use Newegg etc... I am somewhat limited when it comes to part choices, so if you can post a part name, I'll check online and comment on its availability. I don't want to give an arm and a leg for this build, so I was thinking of getting an i3 and all other parts accordingly budgeted. I don't have anything concrete but lower the price the better. I would also be happy to have as silent a system as possible but it is not vital. I was thinking of getting either Thermaltake Black SECC Japanese steel LANBOX Lite VF6000BWS: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133044&Tpk=THERMALTAKE%20VF6000BWS or AeroCool Qx-2000: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811196038&Tpk=AEROCOOL%20QX-2000 as a case but again as long as it is available I am open to suggestions. I already have a somewhat crappy monitor that I will definitely upgrade sometime in the future but right now it is not of vital importance. I also have Win7. So basically what I am looking for is Mobo, CPU, GPU, perhaps a 7200RPM HDD that has good value. I would also like a good wireless card if possible. Thanks a lot everyone!
I don't like bumping my thread, but if no one has suggestions, can you guide me to a forum or somewhere I can get answers? I am not sure which hardware forum is better for this kind of stuff. Thanks a lot.
