Mine would be being somewhere, the ocean for example, and having no hope for survival.
Fucking spiders, and sharks.
Fear itself.
The darkness.

Throwing up. I can only remember puking one time in my life and I remember it being one of the worst experiences of my life.
Being buried alive or extremely small spaces. Like if I had to crawl through an extremely narrow tunnel in the ground, especially if I didn't know if there was anything on the other side.
Drowning, like if I was in a situation where I had to go underwater for a long time ( for whatever very important reason ) where I would undoubtedly drown since I have the weakest lungs ever.
Well, the other day I had a dream that there was a tiny tunnel in my closet. For some stupid-ass reason I went into it, I was stuck in the middle. I didn't wake up until morning. so basically, the above thing.
Heights.
Spiders and The unknown The Xenophobia part results in anger, and not really fear though. (Probably due to PTSD)
Video game water. I start hyper-ventilating if I can't get out fast enough. That fucking fish from HL2 scarred me for life.

It was in school when I was like 8 or so, we digged snow tunnels in the giant piles of snow. One of those tunnels were kind of tight, and pointed downwards by like 30 degrees, and as I descended into that for some stupid reason, I found myself stuck. Unable to move forwards, and unable to move backwards due to gravity being a bitch. Of course, ther was no real danger involved, but the feeling of having your arms stuck in a way that you can't move them to get yourself away scared the shit out of me.
has anyone seen 1000 ways to die when the guy was stuck in a small sewer pipe and like 6 dozen rats ate through his face because they needed to get through and he had to take it like a bitch.
Open-chest examinations while I'm still alive and awake
I read about some dude experiencing that, well he was partially concious (due to being given the wrong amount of sedative I'd guess). He could not move his limbs or talk or open his eyes etc, but he could hear, smell and feel everything that happened. I believe it was a some sort of lung operation. He suicided not long after the operation was finished. [editline]16th February 2011[/editline]
The darkness.
This I can relate to as well, but I suppose that is also a part of Xenophobia. (Which is fear of the unknown)
Eaten by insects. Fuckkfdnmaef

Regret.
Not the darkness, but what's IN the darkness.
That the world will run out of ideas for movies.
