Already uninstalled FB app on my phone. It wants pretty much every permission there is.
It's already wanted my camera. I have xprivacy on my phone, it restricts all android permissions, and you accept/deny them when they're called for the first time. So you can assume what happened when I took a photo
what's up with nerds on the internet always crying about facebook updates? facebook wants access your camera because there is a fucking camera button that allows you to take a picture, facebook messenger wants access to your microphone because you can send voice messages mark zuckerberg doesn't want to look at the inside of your pocket and listen to the noise of your cargo pants rubbing together, stop being so paranoid
stop being so paranoid
They are holding valuable data and info about us. I dont know about you but i dont want to get blackmailed or surprised by a company telling me what to do next if i get into a business life.
If you absolutely must use Facebook, install the Tinfoil for Facebook app.
I just use the web version
That seems like a really resource wasteful feature that is useful only in very specific cases For most users that constantly use a phone, this is just another battery drain Don't even get me started on privacy implications with this kinda garbage
If you're watching farts on your TV it'll redirect you to the facebook homepage.
So its like last.FM then in a way?
