During the past few days, someone as been sending me mensages. That person claims to be a girl, who goes to a certain school, and lives in a certain place. Its likely a paedophile, so I want to locate him in order to call the police or maybe pull some prank.
Is there a way to locate someone using their cellphone? I mean, the emergency services do it easily, I wonder if there's a way for us to do it too? I live in Portugal, by the way.

I guess you could put a charge on the police for harrasment, take the whole thing up to Vodafone/TMN/Otpimus and get them to say who was it. You don't need to know who it is, just some small information.
