It's not a countdown, it's how long it's been down. Also the key is a torrent key for the interview, I think.
The key is the key to the entire database.
The key to the side is a magnet link to The Interview (1080). Wether the content is actually that, I have no idea. But that is what it is.
I am not sure what the key in the middle is, since it seems like something else than a magnet link.

Nope, it's the Interview, I just checked it out.
Key on the side is the interview key on the bottom is a BT sync key for the entire database.
