For Christmas, i got £400 and some other things. I am going to use the money to buy a new build i know its not that much for a computer but its all i have. Anyway, if its possible i would like it to run Garrysmod on high settings without it lagging all the time. I need a OS and the DVD Drive MUST Have LightScribe Also i need a wireless PCI network Adapter. im guess i could live with a 250gb hard-drive.. i am also going to spend EXACTLY £72 on a case. P.S: im building it for garrysmod, its probably impossible but if it could run L4D2 on high to ^^ i know that im asking for to much with to little money but id just like to know.. P.S Again: Sorry for bad english... EDIT: Sorry, not 400, 500 :)
i am also going to spend EXACTLY £72 on a case.
... why is this so specific?
because i found a case that i like, plenty of fans in it, its quite big and i searched for it on facepunch and i found a thread and everyone hated the case. but i think it looks good.

How did you guess?
You're asking for quite a bit of things here (Especially an OS) and are spending more than needed on a case. To be honest with you I don't think it's going to be worth it.
i know i am but for the last hour iv searched and i found a build... if someone could check this is all compatible: Processor: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Intel-i3-540-Core-Dual-Core-Processor/dp/B0030DN1H8/ref=sr_1_23?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1293307116&sr=1-23 Motherboard: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B003C1D9XE/ref=pd_luc_mri?ie=UTF8&m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE Random Access Memory: http://www.amazon.co.uk/CORSAIR-4GB-1333MHz-DDR3-Memory/dp/B002D11C6U/ref=pd_bxgy_computers_text_c Power Supply: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CMPSU-600CX-600W-Power-Supply/dp/B0045Y1EKC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1293308585&sr=1-1 Operating System: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Microsoft-OEM-software-intended-builders/dp/B002NGJO4M/ref=pd_cp_sw_h__3 Graphics Card: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Palit-9500GT-1GB-Garphics-PCI-Express/dp/B00345R0VK/ref=sr_1_3?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1293311128&sr=1-3 Hard-Drive: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-HD103SJ-internal-SATAII-7200RPM/dp/B002MQC0P8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1286669608&sr=8-1 Network Adapter: http://www.amazon.co.uk/TP-Link-TL-WN851N-Wireless-PCI-Adapter/dp/B0019EMF2M/ref=sr_1_2?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1293313331&sr=1-2 DVD Driver: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sony-AD-7261S-0B-Internal-DVDRWRAM-Lightscribe/dp/B003SM3HH0/ref=dp_ob_title_ce it all adds up to 441.04 and thats with no case... could someone suggest a case for me because im having second thourghts
Which res do you play at, as with a 9500gt you may be able to play l4d2 on high, but it might not run smoothly at a high res.
i ALWAYS play at the high-ist res... is their any GPU thats better for the same CHEAP price
