The hell is the difference between the 5850 and the 6850?

Looking at these two cards and I don't see the difference besides one using stream processors and the other not saying. Oh and price.

So which one is better? I honestly can't tell. And it's 2 AM.

The 5850 is better. The 6850 is meant as a replacement for the 5750. The 6870 is a replacement for the 5770.

There anything in the 200-250 range thats better than the 5850?

The cheaper 6870s might be better if you're planning to overclock but I'm not sure about it.

They'll run better even without overclocking.
