Well, i've been thinking of upgrading some parts in my soon one-year old computer, so what should i upgrade:
Intel core 2 duo: 2.53GHz
4DDR2 RAM at 800MHz, i don't really know what manufactor it is..
Ati radeon 4830 (1024mb)
I just wanna know what to upgrade, or not upgrading at all. I Wanna hold the upgrade price below 400$.
Edit:
Ram:
Type: DDR2
Size: 4096MBytes
Channels #: Dual
DRAM frequency: 332.5 MHz
CAS# Latency (CL): 5 clocks
RAS# to CAS# delay tRCD: 5 clocks
RAS# precharge (tRP): 5 clocks
Cycle time (tRAS): 15 clocks
Manufacturer: OCZ
Max bandwidth: PC2-6400 (400MHZ
Part number: OCZ2G10662G
Motherboard:
Manufacturer. Micro-star International co., ltd
Model: MS-9803
Version: 1.0
Chipset vendor: Intel
Chipset model: GM965
Chipset revision: CO
Southbridge vendor: Intel

Southbridge revision: B2
Cpu: Intel Mobile core 2 duo

This is pretty much what seemed important.
The motherboard is a motherboard from a laptop(!), only mobile parts will do, though it still uses PCI-Express, so desktop graphic cards WILL fit in!
Hope you will give some suggestions, i used a lot of time on this.

And ss plz

Moar information required.
The CPU seems to be the weakest part of that build, but without the motherboard model we can't recommend you another one
Bumped myself because of update.
Laptop mobo, what the hell?
i'm lost already
Laptop mobo, what the hell?
The computer is build by my uncle for about a year ago, and the motherboard is from a laptop, that broke some weeks before he began to build it.
But as i said only laptop parts will do, unless it's a graphics card.
Why not just a new motherboard... Im presuming a Laptop pc is less powerful that a pc laptop...

No, it's just a laptop mobo, it got a pci-express 2.0 x16 anyway, so the graphics card is way more powerfull than the same laptop model...
i meant to say motherboard instead of laptop soz

Fair enough^^
Why the hell has a laptop MoBo have a PCI-e slot? Pointless much?
so it can use mobile gpus :3
