Source Faceposer requires Speech Recognition being set to UK English

In Faceposer, when I try to extract phonemes, the program tells me that the computer's speech recognition language must be "English-UK". However, since I live in Spain, the only language I can select is Spanish.

Is there a solution to this? Can I download some kind of language pack?
