Connection from other pc's does not connect to internet

Every computer except this one in my house isn't connecting to the internet, from the control panel it says its connecting to the modem but the modem isn't connecting to the internet.

I tried to make this sound as clear as possible so let me know if you need any more clarification.

do you have a router?

if so, reset it?

How is your network setup. What sort of router to you have(if any). Go to all your machines and bring up Command(Press WINDOWS key and R at the same time and type cmd). In the command window type ipconfig. Copy the information from the command window and post it here.
