China asks N Korea to release strategic fishing boat - Polidicks

The embassy promptly contacted the North Korean Foreign Ministry's Bureau of Consular Affairs, "asking [North Korea] to release the boat and the fishermen as soon as possible", said Jiang. It might be pirates for all we know, if they weren't wearing uniforms they probably weren't with the NK government or military.
