Best 1440p IPS monitor with a matte screen for under $500

60hz is fine unless there is a decently priced 144hz one, 27" or 30" is fine.

Matte panel is very important, and a decent response time is good enough because I don't have a lot of money.

I'm not a photo editing kinda guy though so iunno how good it is for that. Main downside is that you have to remove the base and use a screwdriver to adjust tilt.
