Hello!
I run a large gaming community on a pretty high end dedicated server, I've got so many servers that it's very hard to work on my VPS because of all the windows.
I like to keep the windows maximized because me & my co-owner monitor the servers from console often.
I was wondering if there's any software that would expand my desktop, clean it up, or really anything to solve this problem.
Oh, and before someone links me to google, i've tried searching & can't find anything useful
I'm running on a Windows Server 2008 R2 VDS with 6 hyperthreaded cores, 6GB RAM, and a 600GB HDD through NFOServers
I've got enough resources to run a lot, but i'd prefer if the application was very lightweight, as I'd like to open up 1-2 more servers.
Thanks :)

You should be able to change the remote desktop's size the same way you'd change your screen resolution on your local machine (but that's not gonna help you very much if 1600x900 is all you have on your machine anyway). There's also tools like AquaSnap and Dexpot that aim to improve window management on Windows.
You should use a version of the cmd prompt that has tabs.
I use to manage a VDS and I actually used this program called Desktops: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/cc817881
I had a hotkey bound and I quickly switched desktops, you can have three extra desktops to work from. I can't find a batch script I used, but it would switch desktops every minute or a set time, as well as made teamviewer believe that these virtual desktops were monitors so I can switch in between them if need be. It's been a good year since then but hopefully you find this program useful.
Also if you click the downloads tab you may find other useful tools on that site for your VPS. I use to use a process monitor to remotely monitor usage to make sure it was stable.

srcds isn't a text mode application, it opens its own terminal window.

Something like this:

I'm not sure if it's the same for Windows (I've only really used Linux for SRCDS), but I'm definitely sure you can run SRCDS from a command line.

I've done both, and while you're correct that srcds runs in text mode on Linux, it doesn't on Windows. It opens either a GUI or its own command prompt window, depending on how you launch it.
