Well I am 15 and I have some habits, no not alcohol or smoking or stuff like that. I have a habit/addiction of drinking energy drink and eating snickers. Also of fapping (Way too much each day, that's why I consider it a bad habit).
I have no idea how to break them but I feel like I need to so I can try to work out and get in better shape.
What do.

Masturbation is simple, stop putting yourself in situations where you can get away with it, Energy drinks are gonna be hard to kick - I had that problem, you'll be EXTREMELY tired if you just stop, so cut down in stages.

Slow down more each day, for example:
On day one you drink 10 energy drinks
On day two, you drink 8 energy drinks
on day ghree 6 etc etc
Do this until you don't feel the need for energy drinks anymore
same goes for snickers
as for fapping, get a strong mind, and dont watch any porn
Alright I'll try. It'll be a pain with all the temptations though.
I would just stop cold turkey (been there). It's only hard like the first day, then it's smooth sailing.
