I get why people always compare it to World Of Warcraft, as it undeniably set a new standard.. but how is the Medic anything like the Priest? I don't recall the Priest being close-combat or anything like that.
Loving these classes though, I'm all for the Medic!

I swear I though it was something related to TF2 just because I didn't remember what Wildstar was.
Wasn't expecting a dedicated healer since two other classes can already provide healing, but it makes sense. Engineer was obvious though.
Its kind of funny to see the classes come back as dedicated purely to certain things.

I got pretty tired of everyone being able to heal in Guild Wars 2
Its a thrill and feels nice knowing that you are responsible for people not dying.
I much prefer being able to move at my own pace and not being tied to someone in a group. I've never been a fan of the Holy Trinity in MMOs.

On the other hand, without it, it takes a lot more effort to make things not just feel like a zerg.
I want the Engineer devspeak so I can see all the kinds of robots. I hope we can have a mech suit.

Its funny. Because Guild Wars 2 wants you to go at every one else's pace, but then removes the trinity.
I'm not saying its bad to try something different, but the removal of it in Guild Wars 2 feels so unpolished. I've been playing for about 3 months now, and I honestly enjoy everything about engineer, that makes engineer useless. I love the turrets, the flamethrower and the rifle.
All of which make him/her/it useless because the entire purpose of the game is no trinity, which means doing support things doesn't get you anything. Health and damage isn't permanent which means if you don't blitz the fuck outta your target, you die.
Really, after GW2, I'd rather go back to the trinity. It works.
I respect GW2 for trying something new, but I really feel it was to the game's detriment in the long run.
A lot of things kill GW2.
Especially if you wanna play the game as advertised outside of PvE persistent world. Such as Dungeons.
I love the shit out of GW2, but Holy Trinity is also hella fun when done right

I'm not usually the type for pet classes, but HOT DAMN. Also it looked like they wear heavy armor, which is rare for a Pet Class.

They're a tank or dps class (or hybrid). They're actually a ranged tank or ranged dps class which is pretty odd but there's like 4 robots they can summon. Artillery, Brawler, Repair, and Diminisher.

I might try some Off-Tanking then, as I rarely ever tank and it sounds like fun.
