I'm making parody videos because im really bored and sick, and I use the pan and crop tool

is able to keep images from going along with the panning background
im panning my image but the text stays with it instead of staying in one place
this is probably a weird help topic, but I want to make cool parodies and im bored.
I'm assuming you mean videos/images that move separately from each other?
Put them in different layers
no, look at the ">2slo" part, where it just sticks to the background as its panning, thats what im trying to acheive
