So I had some bad viruses, a ton of scans and such later they are gone, however I now get these BSOD's randomly or whenever I try to run another full scan.
They always say bad_poole_header.
After some quick googling it looks like that can be caused by bad sectors on the drive, one person said his BSODs stopped after running chkdsk.
Run checkdisk and run "sfc /scannow" from command-line.
Did all this, happened again about 24 hours later.
Try scanning in safe mode... A different option is to just reinstall Windows.
BPH can be caused by anything really since it has to do with RAM/Memory. You can check the event log and it should have more information pertaining to what program or other caused it.
Run Memtest at least 5 times to make sure everything checks out OK.
