Hey Facepunch, I have to do a project on Algae
• Explain how algae can potentially be used as an alternative energy source
• Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of this energy source.
• Outline some current research being conducted into developing this technology.
• Offer an educated opinion as to whether this is a feasible alternative energy source.
CONSIDER:
• How much money & effort do you think should be invested in this research?
• Does it provide a possible energy source for our future needs?
• What else needs to be done to meet the energy demands of the planet?
Also, can anyone tell me what the heck bio-mass means?
algae can be used for energy because it photosynthesizes, yo! most of earth's photosynthesis comes from algae!

yeah I just realized what I was doing wasn't helping me to learn so i am going to stop looking at this post whatever good info pops up.
