lol it's a problem that people aren't spending money on your dumb items, so the solution to this "problem" is to take away the money in the first place

what I don't think it says in here is that they went back on this move and are continuing the 500 SC monthly only now you have to log into the game to claim the SC so people who stop playing don't get the SC.

I don't honestly know, this is actually part of a strategy that being a paying member will get you a free expensive item in any SOE game. And people don't want to pay for cosmetics I guess?
I think this is good since it allows for more useful items. 500SC bought you almost nothing and you had to wait or not play for a while in order to get anything worthwhile.
Allowing it to be an item I think will make it less managey. I no longer play PS2, but I think the change is good.
So they're butthurt that virtual currency in a closed system is sitting in people's accounts? Who the fuck cares?
I wish it was more than one item though - I occasionally buy things that are cheaper on PS2.
I'd take 1000 SC to spend each month but doesn't accrue into my main account SC.
