How glitchy is this entry in the series? Reviews suggest it might not be quite smooth
Isn't that part of the appeal?
It's the one of the worst in a while, but it has some of the best customs in a while and what other reason is there.
I'm honestly interested in getting a WWE game just so I can make a bunch of stupid custom wrestlers and have them fight each other. Like, Vidya Rumble shit.

Performance-wise, the only problems I've had are:
1) Changing what material a piece of clothing is can take a good few seconds. I don't mean color or shit like that, but the material shader that changes it to spandex or some really shiny material or whatever.
And 2) If I leave the crowd density too high the game crashes while making my character's entrance sequence.
Aside from that, the actual game runs smooth as butter and I played a good portion through the campaign with both a dualshock 4 and 360 controller

I'd say if you're at all interested in it you should pick it up now before it shoots back to its original price
