Hello
I tried to google my problem but I didnt find a solution. So I was playing one game and when I shut it down, I took my controller USB cable off and I felt the radiating heat. I tried my hand on the heatsink (I have Noctua NH-U12P) I think I've burnt my finger now. I opened HWMonitor and i check'd the CPU temperature and it was 47 celcius MAX. Well it felt like 80 degrees celcius, my FX-8350 can go that high. Once when I calculated protein in full power, it went to 85c and shat down. I think that sensor is broken. I heard that it's possible to dump the sensor cache and it will work again. Is it so? Any suggestions to fix this?
E: My Motherboard is GA-990XA-UD3 (rev. 1.x)
What are you using to read the thermal sensor? Software thermal monitor programs are usually way off because they read the wrong sensors.
If the heatsink is hot enough to burn you, the fans must not be running or running fast enough.

Fans are connected with 3-Pin cable. I tried HWMonitor and PerfMonitor 2
Use the BIOS to read temps or the application that came with your motherboard that reads BIOS temps.
