Alright, I'm wondering if anyone here is having the same problems I am. I have a 3GS on the iOS 4 GM, but this was going on even on 3.1.3. Also I'm running Windows 7.
My home network was encrypted with WPA2. No matter what I would try, the Remote app would always fail to find my library.
On a whim, I set encryption to open. Whoop-de-doo it worked. So I changed it back just to see if that was it. It failed.
I have tried with every port on the firewall open, the firewall off, the firewall even uninstalled, re/installed iTunes. It seems the one thing it hinges on is the WiFi encryption.
I was wondering if anyone else could confirm this.
