Don't blame the developers. Blame Microsoft for forcing them to make their DLC time exclusive to the 360

It seems doubtful that they will even get DLC. Around launch there were only 400 people playing at a peak hour once, so they probably won't think it is a good idea.

the map packs are supposed to come out in February for PC/PS3, as said in the description of the season pass purchase page. i swear, it better be the first week of february or i'm kicking teeth in

It's still essentially forcing. Microsoft pays Activision to have the DLC first. Even if Treyarch/Infinity Ward don't want to they have no say it in. What the publisher says goes.
