• Questions about "The Prince" by Machiavelli

I'm having to read this book for AP European History, and I can't seem to grasp it, the way it's written and what the hell it's even talking about. The guy tries to be so complex that I can't understand what points they're trying to get across. Sparknotes helped some, but I have a study guide to complete before Summer is over (Monday we start school), and I would really like to complete this guide. So I've done / am doing all of the questions I can figure out on my own, but does anyone know the answer to this? Describe Cesare Borgia as he is presented in Chapter 7. Why did Machiavelli dedicate almost the entire chapter to him? Thanks, also there might be more to come as I get farther in the worksheet.
