I need a new washer for the cold water tap in my kitchen but I just cannot be bothered getting one.
And oh yeah, so my unit has an ADSL1 line which is supposed to get 8 megabits down, however the wiring under the unit hasn't been jumpered properly or some shit so I can only get 1 megabit down during non-peak times at the best, half of that during peak time. I wouldn't mind having 8 megabit, I don't need any more than that, but I just cannot stand 1 megabit. And the real estate doesn't want to fix it because it would cost them money.
If it's not broken, break it.
