Nvidia Driver 258.96 (The Nvidia Control Panel Could Not Be Installed)

Hey Guys. I Just Recently Re formated My Computer Because Of Viruses, And i had a cd for nvidia driver 198 or something of the sort. i installed it and realized there was a new update. 258.96. but when i uninstalled nvida and started the install i get a error message when "installing driver Contents" "THE NVIDA CONTROL PANEL COULD NOT BE INSTALLED WHICH MAY CAUSE DRIVER ERRORS" and then it finishes telling me to restart so it can go back to the previous driver. HELP?!

Im Running a 9500 GT on Windows XP.

Also ive tried Driver Cleaner Pro To No Avail :(

Make sure EVERY single program from NVidia is removed, afterwards use driver sweeper (In safe mode ofcourse) and then try installing.
