Hey, I'm looking to use my new laptop more and I'm searching for games that don't cost a fortune and play well with a keyboard. And run on windows 7. I already got some roguelikes and gothic 2.

Binding of Isaac Lone Survivor Nitronic Rush Facade
emulators
If you go with an emulator, I highly suggest Super Nintendo, and then: Ninja Gaiden Final Fight Super Double Dragon Contra III Super Metroid Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past King of Dragons The Ninja Warriors Chrono Trigger Secret of Mana A lot of these are beat-em-ups and some are RPGs, and the occasional shooter.

Kind of stupid, but Deus Ex if you know how to aim well; You can use the keys to change your camera in all directions.
Elastomania, hours of fun.

Theres a game called Cortex Command. It can be played using only the keyboard. A mouse makes it a bit easier, but in its early versions it actually was only keyboard controlled. Takes some processing power though
I wanna be the guy.
God, I hated that game. It was just cheap most of the time. Like, you had absolutely no way of knowing what would kill you and what wouldn't, so no matter how good you were, you would not be able to complete it in one run. Trial and error: The game. [editline]9th June 2012[/editline] Well, you could memorize it and complete it in one run, but you could not complete it in your first run, because half of the deaths were just completely random.

Horror Games: .flow and Eversion. Both are free to download, although there is a HD costly version on Steam.
