I'm trying to apply for a job online, and whenever i submit all of my details, it gives me this error
"Error converting data type nvarchar to int."
I've filled out all of the fields correctly, but it still gives me this error. What does it mean?
Probably a server error.
Send them an E-mail and show them the error.

It means where there is supposed to be a letter, there is an integer (number)

It looks like the web page isn't able to convert one of the fields from a character data type to an integer.
I've been having this problem too, except the spaces will be shaded grey and I can't select any options.
