It's difficult to show, put it goes in front of it if you move the icons. It's more clear here.

photos is the only thing that can show these kinds of lines. if it's dead pixels. screenshot do not work.

Looks like a form of screen burn.
I have a shitty old small monitor as my second screen and it does this. The wallpaper image is burned in cuz it's left on for so long. However, with my monitor anyways, it goes away after a couple days if I change the wallpaper or somethin
I have that on one of my monitors. It's screen burning from having one thing up too long. Put up something new, preferably opposite brightness of what you had before (So if it was something bright, put up something dark). It should go away after a few hours to days.
