Hey there. I'm looking for something that can slim down the size of my music library so I can fit more stuff on my mp3 player, so I was wondering if there was a good tool out there used to convert 320kb/s to 192.
Any mp3 converter.
Lame, SUPER, FFmpeg, mencoder, mediacoder, etc.
Winamp can do this. Right click > Send To > Format Converter.
But really, almost any music player that is capable of encoding music can do this.
I enjoy using dbpoweramp as it has a nice interface and batch features. But I've used Winamp before and it's a good choice.
