Windows 7 not Recognizing my headphones and speakers?

I've installed Windows 7 today,and it doesn't recognize my headphones and speakers.
It says that they aren't plugged in,when they are obviously plugged in.
Sound drivers are up to date too.

Anyone know solution to this?

It's not that,it's Realtek Audio Device manager.
Can someone provide me with link to it?
