I have no idea where you have to extract npc mods go for the most current Gmod.
specifically for Totsters Extra NPC mod.
any help would be greatly appreciated

i've checked the readme its just who made it and stuff
now that i double checked it said somthing about an npc spawn folder
if anyone has any info on where the npc spawn folder is i would be very thankful.

It's really simple. Go here:
Program Files > Steam > Steamapps > [username here] > garrysmod > garrysmod > addons
And put it in there.

Wrong section, title is a no-no. You really should read the rules. Fortunatly mods are easier on the people lately.
