I need something I can use to get rid of this stuff.
So far I have tried Malware-anti bytes, AVG, and spy bot.
So far its eluded me so I ask you to help in my quest to rid the kingdom of this malware.

Naa he's just lazy. Other than that or Avast there isn't much else try going into task manager and finding some strange shit running, then you can trace it and dispose of it yourself.
Also: If there is a svchost.exe running under your account name it could be the malware.

No, I'm the kind of guy that realizes once your PC is loaded up with malware that won't go away after trying several different utilities, you will never be able to be 100% sure that you've gotten it all unless you reformat.
I know of someone who was just like you - "Oh, I don't need to format! I got it all under control!" - turns out he had a keylogger and ended up with thousands of dollars of unauthorized charges on his credit card.
Try Hijackthis.
And try to make a different user account and get rid of it from there.
It'll probably copy itself there but it wont turn on till you reboot.
