That award goes to terrorism simulator 2013 made by that guy in the programming subforum.
Besides the amazingly massive plot hole and terrible characters and combat that drags on and on later in the game, it's pretty good. I agree that Guerrilla is better but this is closer to being actual Red Faction than Guerrilla.
Red Faction (1) is still the best.
Actually all RF games are on sale.
And so, I need an advice. Right now I've collected enough money to buy either Guerrilla or Armageddon.
Rate Agree for Guerrilla and Disagree for Armageddon.

Armageddon is horrible compared to Guerrilla. Plus if you have a couple of friends to play with, RFG is amazing fun in MP.

Guerilla is better than Armageddon but those later games don't come even close to what you can pull off in the first Red Faction. Guerilla is basically kind of like a GTA on Mars.

Oh and one thing about the destroyable structures in Guerilla too, it really isn't nearly as good as it sounds.

I still have my old Red Faction disk somewhere, which should work still.
And I've seen Criken's Guerrilla vids and it looked like the game is real fun. But I've never seen Armageddon. So that's why I was thinking what to get.

And bought first Rad Faction as well, because my disk got too old to work.
